Sigma Enterprises has traded paper and board from Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi since 1996. This page lists the mills and brands our stock is drawn from, so a buyer can see at a glance whether the grade they are specifying is something we hold.

The list spans Indian mills — JK Paper, Century, Trident, Cosmo — and imported material from Indonesia and China, together with Avery Dennison self-adhesive face stocks. Between them they cover coated papers and boards, uncoated and printing papers, packaging board, specialty and synthetic stock, coloured sheets and label materials.

JK Paper

Indian mills — Rayagada (Odisha), Songadh (Gujarat), Sirpur (Telangana)

JK Paper is an Indian integrated paper producer in the JK Organisation, with mills at Rayagada in Odisha, Songadh in Gujarat and the Sirpur mill in Telangana. Its range runs from office and copier papers through uncoated printing and writing grades to coated papers and packaging boards, which covers most of what a Delhi printer or carton converter orders in a week. Sigma Enterprises carries JK stock across copier reams, maplitho and offset printing paper, and coated paper and board weights. PaperOne

Indonesia — APRIL Group

PaperOne is the office-paper brand of APRIL Group, the Singapore-headquartered pulp and paper business whose mills are in Indonesia. The range is uncoated woodfree cut-size stock made from plantation fibre: PaperOne Copier for high-volume xerographic machines, PaperOne All Purpose for mixed printer and copier work, and PaperOne Digital in 85 and 100 gsm for inkjet and laser output. Sigma Enterprises supplies PaperOne reams from stock in New Delhi for offices, print shops and resellers buying by the box or the pallet rather than the packet.

Century

Indian mill — Lalkuan, Nainital district, Uttarakhand

Century Pulp & Paper runs an integrated mill at Lalkuan in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, in production since 1984 and one of the larger single-site paper operations in India. Its output covers writing and printing papers, cut-size copier paper, tissue and paperboard, with the board grades going into pharmaceutical, cosmetic and consumer packaging. Sigma Enterprises stocks Century printing and copier grades for commercial print and office supply, and Century board where a converter wants an Indian-mill alternative to imported coated board.

Trident

Indian mill — Dhaula, Barnala, Punjab

Trident Limited makes paper at Dhaula, Barnala in Punjab, and is the largest producer of wheat-straw-based paper in the world — the pulp is agricultural residue rather than wood, which is why the brand turns up in specifications with a recycled-content or agri-residue requirement. The output is uncoated writing, printing and cut-size copier paper, sold under names including Spectra, My Choice, Royal Touch and Trident Natural. Sigma Enterprises supplies Trident copier reams and printing grades wholesale from New Delhi to printers, stationers and office-supply resellers.

Indonesia — Asia Pulp & Paper, Sinar Mas Group (also mills in China)

APP — Asia Pulp & Paper, part of Indonesia's Sinar Mas Group — is one of the largest integrated pulp and paper groups in the world, formed in 1994 and now producing in Indonesia, China and elsewhere. Its mills make printing and writing paper, coated art paper and art board, packaging board and tissue, under a long list of brands. Several lines Sigma Enterprises stocks come from APP mills, including Golden Coin art board from Indonesia and the Nevia and Ningbo material from China. Ask by grade rather than by brand and we will match what is in stock.

APRIL

Singapore-headquartered, Indonesian mills — Royal Golden Eagle group

APRIL — Asia Pacific Resources International Limited — is the pulp and paper arm of the Royal Golden Eagle group, headquartered in Singapore with mill operations in Indonesia and China, trading since 1993. It produces uncoated woodfree paper, sold internationally as PaperOne, alongside pulp and paperboard. Sigma Enterprises stocks APRIL-origin copier and woodfree printing paper in New Delhi for print shops, publishers and resellers, and can quote board grades on enquiry subject to what is landed at the time.

Cosmo

Indian producer — Cosmo First Limited, New Delhi; plants in India and Korea

Cosmo First Limited, trading as Cosmo Films, is a New Delhi-headquartered specialty film producer founded in 1981, with plants in India and Korea. It makes BOPP, CPP and BOPET films, thermal lamination films, pressure-sensitive label face stock films, and Cosmo Synthetic Paper — a polypropylene sheet that prints like paper but does not tear or absorb water. That is the line most relevant here: Sigma Enterprises stocks synthetic and non-tearable stock for outdoor labels, tags, menus and documents that have to survive handling and moisture, and film-based face stock for label converters.

Nevia is a brand of Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper, the APP China mill at Beilun in Ningbo, Zhejiang. The name appears on coated art paper and art card as well as woodfree grades, and it is one of the imported coated lines the Delhi trade specifies by name when it wants a consistent gloss and a predictable caliper run to run. Ningbo

China — Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper (APP China), Beilun, Zhejiang

“Ningbo”, and more precisely Ningbo Fold, is how the Indian trade names the coated-one-side ivory board — folding box board — produced at APP's Ningbo mill in Zhejiang, China. It is a bulky, stiff, white-surfaced board typically specified between 190 and 400 gsm and used for cosmetics cartons, pharmaceutical packs, food cartons and paper bags, where a clean printing face and a board that creases without cracking matter more than anything else. Golden Coin

Indonesia — a brand of APP (Sinar Mas Group)

Golden Coin is an APP brand of coated art board produced in Indonesia and carried widely in the Delhi market, generally in the 190–400 gsm band in both gloss and matt. It is a coated board bought for the printing face: cartons, covers, folders, retail and pharmaceutical packaging where the surface has to hold fine screen and solid colour without mottle. Hi-Cote

Hi-Cote, also written Hi-Kote, is an imported coated art paper and art card line long established in the Indian market and stocked by paper wholesalers across Delhi. It is a two-side-coated grade supplied in gloss and matt, in paper weights for brochures and inserts and card weights for covers, folders and cartons. Sigma Enterprises stocks Hi-Cote where a job needs a serviceable coated sheet at a working price. Ask for current grammages and sheet sizes before specifying.

Avery Dennison

United States — Indian plants at Ranjangaon (Pune) and Gurugram

Avery Dennison is an American manufacturer of pressure-sensitive adhesive materials, and its self-adhesive label and packaging materials are sold under the Fasson brand. It manufactures in India, with plants at Ranjangaon in Pune district and at Gurugram. The relevant range here is label stock: paper and film face materials laminated to an adhesive and a release liner, covering gloss coated, woodfree, PVC, vinyl and kraft faces.
