Synthetic, Tracing & Non-Tearable Paper in Delhi
Engineered papers for technical and durable work — waterproof synthetic stock for outdoor labels, tear-proof paper for tags and maps, translucent tracing paper for design work, and lightweight tissue for wrapping and interleaving.
Choosing specialty papers
What is synthetic paper and when should I use it?
Synthetic paper is a plastic-based sheet that prints like paper but does not tear or absorb water. It is used where a label or document must survive moisture, handling or outdoor exposure — outdoor labels, nursery tags, industrial instructions, menus. If a normal paper label is failing in service, synthetic is usually the fix.
What is the difference between synthetic and non-tearable paper?
Both resist tearing, but they solve different problems. Synthetic paper is fully waterproof and is chosen when moisture or weather is the threat. Non-tearable paper is a rugged fibre-based stock chosen when repeated handling and folding is the threat — tags, maps, heavy-use documents. Waterproofing points to synthetic; abuse resistance points to non-tearable.
What is tracing paper used for?
Tracing paper is a smooth, translucent sheet used for technical drawing, design overlays, pattern making and architectural work, and increasingly as a decorative interleaf in premium packaging and invitations. Its value is controlled translucency with a surface that still takes pencil, pen and print cleanly.
